What is a Care Holiday?

At Casa Capaz our aim is to offer people with learning disabilities the opportunity to enjoy the same quality of holiday available to others. We achieve this by providing professional care and support of whatever type is required at the level that is necessary. All this in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of a holiday home in one of the most beautiful and popular Spanish holiday destinations.

Who provides this support?

Support is provided by qualified carers trained to the highest UK standards working under the direct supervision of your hosts, Bob and Jackie Duncan. All staff are thoroughly vetted and subject to a Full Disclosure Check.

Where is Casa Capaz?

Casa Capaz is located in the town of Torrevieja on the sunny Costa Blanca where the climate is almost always warm and sunny throughout the year.

How much does a Casa Capaz holiday cost?

It is vitally important to remember that Casa Capaz Care Holidays are specifically tailored to the particular needs of each guest. We take account of such factors as the nature of the disability, the form of support that is required and whether or not medication has to be administered. The full cost of your holiday may vary accordingly but will typically be in the region of £750.00 per week.

What is included in a Casa Capaz holiday?

Superior accommodation with all modern facilities
24-hour supported care including personal care as required
All meals and drinks at Casa Capaz including packed lunches
Airport transfers in Spain with appropriate transport and escort(s)
Escorts for certain excursions, i.e. to the market or beach (not fares, admission etc.)
Help with planning and organising special excursions

What is not included?

Cost of flights to and from UK and transfers within UK
Travel and medical insurance (Copy of insurance details must be provided before you leave UK)
Cost of excursions involving fares, admission charges etc. including one carer
Meals, drinks etc. purchased away from Casa Capaz
