BOOKING IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASA CAPAZ.

Prices, and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. Offers of any kind may also be subject to certain terms and conditions.

  1. 25% non refundable deposit on booking.
  2. Balance to be paid at least 12 weeks before the holiday date.
  3. All individuals are responsible for purchasing adequate travel and medical insurance including E111. Casa Capaz will take no responsibility for any medical or extra travel costs incurred by the client. You must tell us if you have an existing medical problem or disability that may require assistance before you book your holiday.
  4. When booking your flight with the airline it will be the responsibility of the client to liase with the airline to advise them of any requirements they may have. Casa Capaz strongly advises anyone booking a holiday with Casa Capaz that they book their flight over the telephone with their chosen airline and discuss fully with the airline the nature of their disability
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport. All British Citizens now need a full 10 year United Kingdom Passport for all over seas visits. If you need to apply for a passport or renew an existing one you must do so well in advance of travel.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be made by telephone 0871 218 1090 between the hours of Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm and Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm and Sun 9.00am - 1.00pm; e-mailed cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation charge is a percentage of total price, the percentage shown below is the amount retained by Casa Capaz.
